Sunday Antique Market

My girlfriend Jenny and I hit the Sunday Antique Market here in Bloomington and I took home this great set of 6 lockers, for the boys new playroom.
Its in AWESOME shape and just so COOL!

The Third Sunday Market starts back up in May - October!
I can't wait to find tons more antique finds!

Lots and lots of beadboard delivered, for every inch of ceiling. Soon will be painted white.

Kitchen Floor

In the kitchen, bathroom and basement, we are using Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) and the rest of the house will be hard wood flooring. I give all my thanks to my awesome friend Mindy for the ideas of VCT, after she did it in her house many many years ago we put it in our current home. In the Gym & Bath, and now all over 1214 Hillcrest!

We LOVE the back yard!

The back yard is the number ONE reason we bought this house.
It was the fall of 2008 we looked at it. The boys were running through all the leaves, laughing and having so much fun! We knew right then this home was for US!

More Progress

Kitchen minus a back window we took out so we could have more cabinetry and also looking ahead to our addition off the back.
Bathroom sub floor in place. New plumbing, and electrical.
Preston's room to be, housing the toilet and sink for now
New glass block windows around the house.
