Life took us to Peoria for Surgery

New special gifts from the hospital

Life took us to Peoria Methodist Medical yesterday.

Peyton had to have some special surgery done.

He was soooooo brave and did just awesome!

We are so proud of our Peyton!

In Recovery

Friday evening after laying down for 30 hours,

Peyton our weather lover was up for sitting up

and watching the storm roll in tonight on our porch

a few minutes later wiped out again and laying

back on the couch!

Putting the first nails into the walls

A few years back I was visiting my best buds home in Michigan

and she had the most adorable silhouettes hanging up of her girls.

I then asked my creative artistic sister in law Marne if she

could help me out and make some of our boys.

Marne jumped on the challenge. And came up with

these perfect silhouettes of Peyton & Preston

These are the first two pictures hung at 1214 Hillcrest!

Move in Day - May 2010

We moved into the little brick house 2 months ago!

After 5 years of living here in Normal IL we finally feel settled!

Lots of fun things going on here! Im back to posting on the blog,

there was no room for our Mac Desktop in this house (so now

putting my new laptop birthday present into works), no room for half

of our furniture, which is being stored at a storage unit, until we figure

out what we will need in the addition. No room for all our clothes, toys and

pictures. No room for half of our kitchen things, no room for our

elliptical and tread mill. But we are a million times happier here!
